Accommodation & Key Feature

Villa Boutique Tenerife in Adeje is a villa where the owners and their children live on site, sharing the property with guests. Guests can hear the owners walking up and down the stairs and see their children wandering around, and the owner has photographed guests in the pool. The villa is covered with cameras, both inside and out, and guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol or drinks; the fridge is stocked with beer, soft drinks, wine, and cava that must be purchased at fees such as 2.50 Euros for a can of coke and 25 Euros for a bottle of wine.

Dining

The on-site restaurant serves Italian, international, and European cuisines with vegetarian options. Breakfast is continental and served on the upper terrace with sea and mountain views. The kitchen is poorly stocked, with no chopping boards, no bread knife, no cheese grater, no oven, a broken microwave, and no toaster, making self-catering difficult.

Children & Family

The property offers a kids' pool, kids' outdoor play equipment, board games, puzzles, and baby safety gates. Three bedrooms did not have air conditioning, and there are no playstations or games consoles as advertised. The shared TV/lounge area and the owners' children on site provide an unusual family atmosphere.

The villa has a year-round heated outdoor swimming pool with swimming pool toys, sun loungers, beach chairs, and sun umbrellas. There is a hot tub/Jacuzzi, a garden, a sun terrace, a picnic area, and BBQ facilities. Bicycle parking is available, and guests can access water sport facilities on site and bike tours.

Playa Las Salinas beach is a 16-minute walk from the villa. Nearby attractions include Aqualand (10 km) and Siam Park (12 km), and Tenerife South Airport is 28 km away. Services include daily housekeeping, a minimarket on site, a barber/beauty shop, and a tour desk.
